Marine propellers are divided into fixed-pitch propellers and controllable-pitch propellers. According to the blade, there are three-blade propellers, four-blade propellers and five-blade propellers. In order to ensure the quality of products, we usually use crack detection to detect cracks or defects in metal materials or parts. The commonly used crack detection methods are X-ray crack detection, ultrasonic crack detection, magnetic particle testing, penetrant inspection, eddy current testing, Gamma-ray testing and so on. Ni-Mn bronze propellers are generally durable and long-lasting, but can be subject to wear and damage over time. Regular inspection and maintenance can help to ensure optimal performance and safety, and damaged or worn propellers should be replaced promptly to prevent further damage or safety hazards.
