Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Neutral packing, strong wooden boxes/plywood cases suitable for sea; personal packing according to your requirements.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show the photos and videos of the products with you before we receive the balance.
Q3. How many days does it take to deliver the goods?
A: Usually, it takes 7 to 10 days if we have them in stock. Otherwise, it will take 30 to 60 days after we receive your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity.
Q4. What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide the sample for testing, but the sample fee and the freight need to be payed.
