1. CNC sawing machine cutting: Completely subversive solution to the defects caused by traditional flame cutting technology.
2. Intelligent production: Patented fork heel forging equipment with independent IPR. Multiple forging greatly improves the strength, toughness, yield, and fatigue of fork heel. Forks life are extended 150%.
3. Robot welding: MAG welding conformed to ISO3834-2, ensures the stability and quality of welding.
