Special function configuration :1. The high quality carbon steel plate of WISCO is used for rolling molding. Equipped with high-power special sprinkler pump, front spray after spraying, side spray, after work platform and sprinkler high-pressure cannon;
2. Rear work platform water cannon can be adjusted into: direct impact, heavy rain, moderate rain, light rain, drizzle, the whole vehicle with fire joint, automatic flow valve and self-priming function.
3. Included are 2 3-meter water pipes, 1 ladder, both sides and rear bumper.
Process characteristics:
1. The tank body is made of carbon steel material, and the cutting of the tank body and key components is completed by the domestic advanced full computer underwater plasma cutting machine, with accurate size and regular shape.
2. The welding of carbon steel plate is completed by the advanced automatic welding machine in the same industry, the weld is smooth and uniform, and the quality is reliable.
3. The forming of the tank body is more advanced in the same industry and one molding machine, which completely avoids the annular weld formed by the old process in the past, making the forming tank scientific force, no leakage, beautiful appearance, good straightness, avoiding excessive contact between the weld and the girder, and its working strength is 3 times that of the circular weld.
4. According to the national standard, the tank is equipped with a number of scientific and reasonable design of reinforced wave-proof corrugated partitions, so that the vehicle can adapt to various road conditions.
