Product Description:
Shell:
The shell is made of aluminum alloy.Light but hard.The cooling fin of motor frame and air cooled motor fan both ensure quick heat dissipation.They can reduce working temperature during frequent operation.The integral enclosed structure is applicable to places like chemical plant and electroplate factory.
Aluminum alloy die-casting body:
Play the role of bearing,tough and strong.After 900 tons die cast,the density becomes larger, this ensures that the body will not leak.
Copper Coil :
Produce induced current, compared with the aluminum coil, it has strong conductivity.Put the motor shell into the oven,allow it to withstand a temperature of 303 degrees and then take it out.After expansion and contraction,copper coil and motor shell are closely connected.
High precision gear-set:
Its function is to reduce operating noise.We will control the noise within 60 decibel.level 7.
Phase Sequence Protection:
Reverse Protection Device(control circuit in case of wiring error in the power supply.)&Free Phase Protection.
