Product Description:
Shell:
1.The shell is made of aluminum alloy.Light but hard.
2.The cooling fin of motor frame and air cooled motor fan both ensure quick heat dissipation.
3.They can reduce working temperature during frequent operation.
4.The integral enclosed structure is applicable to places like chemical plant and electroplate factory.
Aluminum alloy die-casting body:
1.Play the role of bearing,tough and strong.
2.After 900 tons die cast,the density becomes larger, this ensures that the body will not leak.
Copper Coil :
1.Produce induced current, compared with the aluminum coil, it has strong conductivity.
2.Put the motor shell into the oven,allow it to withstand a temperature of 303 degrees and then take it out.
3.After expansion and contraction,copper coil and motor shell are closely connected.
Limit Switch:
1.Improve the headroom of hoist.
2.Used with limit spring,when the loading chain rises or falls to the limit position, the limit switch is off,the motor stops automatically .
3.Prohibit the chains from exceeding.Its function is roll over protection.
Hook:
1.The main material is forged carbon steel.
2.The safety latch prevent goods from falling.
3.Thrust bearing in hook allows 360°rotation to prevent distortion of load chain.
