Working Principle of the Multi-Way Valve Return Line
During the use of hydraulic power to achieve various functions in a forklift, multi-way valve groups are employed. These valve bodies are connected to the oil tank through a pipeline system. During operation, the external oil pressure acts on the valve core of the multi-way valve and is then connected to the hydraulic circuit of the transmission mechanism through the pipeline. Some leakage oil is also produced, which returns to the multi-way valve and then flows back to the oil tank via the return line.
The function of the multi-way valve return line is to recirculate the fluid from inside the valve core back to the oil tank, ensuring the continuous normal operation of the multi-way valve.
