Forklift Headlight Installation Guidelines
1. Ensure Safety: Before beginning the headlight replacement, make sure the forklift is turned off. Remove the key and disconnect the power to ensure safety.
2. Remove the Old Headlight: Use a screwdriver to remove the screws securing the headlights at the front of the vehicle frame. Once the screws are removed, you can access the headlight's retaining clips or rotation mechanism. Gently press or twist to release and remove the old headlight.
3. Disconnect the Old Bulb: After removing the headlight, detach the bulb from the power connector carefully to avoid damaging the connector.
4. Install the New Bulb: Take the new bulb from its packaging, avoiding contact with the glass part to prevent contamination that could reduce its lifespan. It's best to wear gloves during this process. Attach the new bulb to the power connector.
