Working PrincipleThe working principle of the Column Winch is mainly based on the rotation of the winch and the pulling force of the rope. The electric motor drives the winch to rotate and the rope is wound on the winch. When the winch rotates clockwise, the rope is rolled up and the connected weight rises; when the winch rotates counterclockwise, the rope is released and the weight falls.
Structural components
Reel: carries the rope and is responsible for winding and releasing.
Driving device: the part that provides power, may be electric motor, internal combustion engine or hydraulic system.
Braking system: ensures that the winch can be safely and reliably stopped when lifting or lowering.
Wire Rope: Used to connect and lift heavy loads, its specification and strength must meet the lifting requirements.
Bracket and frame: Provide support and stability so that the equipment is not easily tipped over during operation.
Operation Procedure
Equipment Inspection: Before starting the operation, inspect all parts of the equipment, including the winch, braking mechanism, ropes, etc., to make sure they are in good condition.
Connect the weight: Connect the weight to the rope by hook or loop chain to make sure the connection is firm.
Starting the equipment: set the lifting speed according to the load requirements and start the motor.
Lifting or lowering: Operate the control system to lift or lower the weight as required. Monitor the movement status of the weight during the process.
