Gangway diaphragm /Vestibule diaphragm(Corrugated Bellow)
- The gangway diaphragm is a vehicle connection device, also known as vestibule diaphragm.
- It is installed between the two vehicles and is installed at the end of the carbody to keep the adjacent vehicles connected and protected from windy and raining, and to protect the pass or retention of passengers.
- The gangway is an important part of the passenger vehicle. It connects the two adjacent cars and is a flexible and movable part of the vehicle, which can provide passengers with a safe and comfortable passage.
1.Gangway Performance
- Clear width (normal): ≥800mm (not include areas with protective apron on the bottom)
- Clear Height(normal):≥1885mm
- Passing curve ability: meeting the minimum radius curve requirement for vehicle passing
- Sealability: Not affected by dirt, dust, water and snow.
- Insulation performance: be good thermal insulation properties
- Sound insulation performance: be good sound insulation performance
- It should be with a flat space to facilitate the rapid passage of passengers, especially for wheelchairs and small food vehicles.
- It should be easy to dry treatment of sewage and Condensate water, etc.
- Would be easy to assemble and inspect, repair, and easy to replace
- It will be easy to clean, the materials used should be resistant to abrasion and cracking, and should be resistant to cleaning agents (including external and internal), UV and lubricants.
- Non-metallic materials with good fire resistance
- Appearance, size and quality should meet the requirements of the product drawings.
