The Mezzanine Steel Structure, also known as structural mezzanine systems, is a versatile and robust storage solution. The mezzanine steel decking, often referred to as the steel mezzanine floor, is ingeniously supported by rack uprights or profiles. This comprehensive system comprises uprights, main beams, secondary beams (sub beams), floor boards, staircases, parapets, and horizontal levels, ensuring a sturdy and reliable storage platform.
The entire structure is supported by strategically placed columns fixed securely to the warehouse ground, with distances between columns being less than 6000mm. The height of the first level is approximately 3000mm, while the second and third floors reach heights of around H2500mm. The floor's loading capacity can be tailored to support up to 1000kg per square meter, providing exceptional flexibility and strength.
This innovative garret design seamlessly integrates storage and management functionalities, making it ideal for setting up offices within the garret.
