Our food trailer uses high-strength steel as the floor, with double layers of galvanized steel inside and outside. It is 5 meters long, 2.1 meters wide, and 2.15 meters high:
1. Widen 185/65R14 tires;
2. Equipped with mechanical braking system, hand brake and safety chain, which is sturdy and durable, and improves the Factor of safety of driving;
3. All stainless steel sliding door cabinet workbench, 304 # high-quality stainless steel material, double layer workbench, more sturdy;
4. We can meet the water system regulations of different countries. The standard configuration is 2 water tanks, 2+1 water tanks in the European market, and 3+1 water tanks in the United States;
5. The exterior is made of beautiful composite board material (fiberglass is optional). We can create stickers to help you promote your brand!

1. Do you have the VIN number for your food trailer?
Yes, we have VIN number for every trailer we build. Registration is no problem.
2. What standards does your food carts trailers meet ?
Our factory has rich exporting experience, well know all technique request for food carts / trailers.and know most countries' standard and special requirements. We do our best to make all food carts satisfy customer's requirement, and help them pass inspection.
3. Can I do OEM or ODM order ?
Yes, OEM and ODM order is welcome. Size, colors, equipment, benches, shelves, windows, Logo etc can be customized according to customer's own design with MOQ 1 unit.
4. Can I visit your factory ?
Yes, welcome to visit our factory. Each month we have many customers all over the world to visit our factory. They compare many factories and finally chose us as they believe our quality and service.
5. What is your lead time or production time ?
Usually lead time is 18~25 working days after order confirmed. Will be a little different based on different models and quantity, seasons. We will do our best to make it as quickly as possible. Shipping to customer's place time will be different according to different countries, ports, vessels etc.
6. Can I have a confirmation sample before I order ?
Actually, size of a food cart is very big, so sample is OK as a small order, should be shipped by sea. Small cart can be packed with plywood box and shipped by sharing container, LCL. Big cart (longer than 280cm) can be shipped by whole container, FCL.
7. How do I buy? Or how should I place an order to you?
Please follow the the following steps: 1) We two discuss requirements, confirm details; 2) We make proforma invoice for you, with products details and bank account; 3) You pay 50% deposit, then we produce food trailer and take pictures for you; 4) You pay all balance after production finished, then we ship food cart out to you.
