This Infared Spraying & Baking Oven for furniture/car is widely used in automotive, furniture and other industry. It creats a perfect dustless space for painting and baking cars, furniture and other products. It uses 2sets of 1.5KW environmental air blowers as intake fan on the top of roof to save energy and space . It use 1 set of 4KW centrifugal fan at the rear side of room. It uses 3 ROWS OF GRIDS and 2 ROWS of checkered plates so the air can be recycled more quickly.

2. Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. 3 rows of grids with floor filter & 2 rows of checkered plates. 2 pcs of ramps.

5. Heating System: 10 groups of 3*30pcs luxury infrared carbon fiber heating lamps. The operating temperature 50ºC-75ºC, max temperature 80ºC.

7. Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
