5t 13.5m pedestal telescopic boom ship deck crane Marine Crane Hydraulic Telescopic Boom Ship Crane is controlled by an open platform above the slewing ring. All motions have stepless speed from 0 to maximum, solo motion each (hoisting ,telescopic ,slewing or luffing) can be done with full load and full speed.
Electric motor is squirrel-cage Hydraulic Telescopic Boom Ship Crane, wind cooler, which is suitable to use in deck outdoor, IP56, including AC440V ,60Hz,3P ,space heater AC230V 60Hz,1P, working duty:S1.Motor starts output one running signal(NO/NC) to IAS.
A starter is Star-Delta located in the HPU Hydraulic Telescopic Boom Ship Crane.Protection class:IP56, control voltage:AC440V ,60Hz,The starter is standard, including hour meter, ammeter, power indicator, start/stop button and remote control start/stop button with SS316L(IP66) protection cover is mounted on the operating platform.Color of control box is musell7.5BG7/2
Surface treatment:Short-blasted to ISO standard SA2.5 grade of 4t35m hydraulic Pedestal Telescopic Boom Ship Deck Crane
Painting specs suitable for offshore environment as follows:
1,painting system:The coating system(paint) consists of one paint coat in end layer, with a total of 100 microns of thickness.
2,two component high bulid polyamide cured epoxy primer,60 micron.A polyurethane coat,40-50 microns thick,dry film.
