The three-phase asynchronous motor is an upgraded product of the Y2/Y3 series motors developed using new technologies. It is designed as a fully enclosed, self-ventilated, squirrel cage type motor. It features a novel design, attractive appearance, compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, high torque, excellent starting performance, and easy maintenance. The motor adopts Class F insulation and is designed according to international conventions for assessing insulation systems, greatly improving the safety and reliability of the motor, reaching the international advanced level of similar products in the early 1990s.
The Y2/Y3 series motors can be widely used as driving equipment for various machinery, including machine tools, blowers, pumps, compressors, transport vehicles, agriculture, and food processing.
Operating conditions: Ambient temperature: -15°C ≤ θ ≤ 40°C Altitude: Altitude should be below 1000 meters above sea level. Rated voltage: 380V Rated frequency: 50Hz Connection method: Star connection for motors up to 3kW, and delta connection for motors above 4kW. Duty: Continuous (S1) Insulation class: Class F, with stator winding temperature rise tested at 80K (resistance method). Protection class: IP54 for the motor body, IP55 for the terminal box. Cooling method: IC0141.
