MWGF150 multi-functional photovoltaic drilling rig is a multi-purpose drilling rig integrating photovoltaic piling, foundation piling, blasting hole drilling, and down-the-hole drilling. It adopts a new single-rib high-strength crawler and an excavator travel motor, which offers the advantages of strong climbing ability, hard to be damaged, and long service life.
The drilling rig is equipped with Yuchai 75KW turbocharged diesel engine, and adopts new hydraulic technology with low air consumption. The rotary gearbox adopts dual motors and high-torque gearbox, which is convenient to move and compact structure. At the same time, the sliding frame has the function of expansion and contraction compensation. When drilling, the sliding frame supports the ground, and the drilling performance is stable. The diameter of photovoltaic piling can reach 150mm-400mm, and the diameter of DTH hammer construction can reach 100mm-350mm. The rig adopts a high-torque motor. The drilling rig has the characteristics of flexible maneuverability, strong climbing ability, suitable for rough site operations, convenient perforation and displacement, high drilling efficiency, easy maintenance and high reliability.
