The pneumatic vacuum glass lifter is extensively used for efficiently and safely lifting glass panes within factories. This equipment not only reduces the need for manual labor but also significantly lowers the risk of workplace injuries during operations. Glass panes can be safely moved and stacked with minimal human intervention in the unloading area.
Our vacuum glass lifter features a Thomas brand vacuum pump and a Japan SMC control system for electrical components. Additionally, its vacuum pads are crafted from specially imported silicone material, known for its resilience with no cracking at -20 degrees Celsius and high-temperature resistance up to 90 degrees Celsius.
In the event of power loss or an air pipe rupture, the control system automatically secures the vacuum for 10-15 minutes to ensure the glass remains securely attached.
