Lithium polyacrylate (PAALi) is a water-soluble binder, and it contributes to increasing the adhesion effect between the fibers. Polyacrylates were applied as binder for the electrode of a particulate mixture of silicon, graphite, and Ketjen black for lithium-ion batteries. The poly(alkali acrylate) binder remarkably improved the electrochemical lithiation and delithiation performance of the silicon-graphite electrode compared to that of conventional binders. The polyacrylate coating on Si and graphite particles suppressed the electrode deterioration. When the electrode was prepared with 30 wt% poly(sodium acrylate) binder, the higher specifi c capacity and initial efficiency were obtained with much improved cycleability.

Method of use:
1. Adjust the amount of water according to the actual process and control the final slurry viscosity.
2. When the dispersion reaches the required fineness, filter, remove the bubble and discharge the material.
