Hand-Held Control Variable Frequency Electric Chain Hoist (DCHSF)
Specification:
- Hoist shell: All aluminum alloy die-casting shell (including gear box and motor back shell; CNC-body
- Processing: compact structure and good airtightness; surface automotive grade paint.
- Gearbox: Maintenance free gearbox. The gear is a high-strength helical gear, which has high transmission efficiency and smoothness, and lower noise and higher service life.
- Friction clutch: It can effectively protect against overload and avoid safety accidents caused by overload.
- Actuator: Loss of electric brake, power off brake. The double friction surface provides high friction. The brakes are smooth and wear less and safer.
- Electric machine: Energy- efficient two-speed motor with thermal protection to protect the motor.
- Chain: Imported chain. Longer service life and more stable.
- Guide chain part: Customized formula high-strength wear-resistant engineering plastics as a chain guide. Reduce chain wear and noise. Use high-strength nylon chain links to prevent inadvertent knotting of chains into the chain guide.
- Electrical part: Integrated circuit board control. Multi-layer control protection.
- Handheld control: All-aluminum hand-held handle for more comprehensive protection. The ergonomically designed handle makes the grip comfortable and sensitive without delay. Non-contact button, no mechanical life loss, longer life. The grip bump design ensures friction with oil in hand.
- Hook: It is made of aloy steel forging. 360' free to rotate. Hooks come standard with safety fuses for safety.
