400 ton multi-strand hydraulic jack for post tension 0.6" diameter steel cables
1. Usage: Stressing jack is matched with prestressed anchorage widely used in the construction of bridges and buildings, railways and subways, water conservancy, and hydropower engineering.
2. Post Tension Stressing Jack is suitable for the tension of group anchors with 1860-2000 sizes, Φ 15.24, Φ 12.7 strands.
3. In certain circumstances it can be used in the working of pushing, jacking transforming, and so on.
4. Easy to use at a reasonable price.

YDC Feed-through jacks are the newly designed products in our company and are the upgrades of the primary jacks.

Features:
1. Using the new seals, to synchronously strengthen the seal-ability under great pressure.
2. Using special alloy steel with heat treatment process, reducing the cylinder's expansion ratio in the tensioning process. So that the life of seals and sealing performance can be improved by about 20%.
3. In the tensioning operating process, jacks are easily damaged under overpressure because of the jack-based pullback cylinder, so we added the overpressure valve on the jacks to pressure production. Meanwhile, we improved the original commonly used structure by wire disc and flanged disc, to strengthen the bearing capacity for oil pressure. So that enormously reduces the possibility of mechanical damage due to improper operation.
In the word, the YDC series multi-strand hydraulic jacks' performance is improved and widely used in pre-stressing and poststressing construction.
