Hollow jacks are mainly used for the overall tensioning of anchor groups. The jacks are easy to operate, reliable in performance, and can save steel strands to the maximum extent. The jacks are mainly used in conjunction with prestressed anchors and tensioning equipment in the construction of bridges and other projects.
1. Adopt new seals to enhance the sealing strength of the seals when the cylinder body is subjected to high pressure;
2. Adopt special alloy steel cylinder material with heat treatment process to reduce the expansion ratio of the cylinder body during the tensioning process, so that the life and sealing performance of the seals are improved by about 20%;
3. In view of the problem that the jack is easily damaged by overpressure in the return stroke during the tensioning operation, an overpressure protection valve is added to the jack for pressure relief protection; at the same time, the original several commonly used wire disc and flange disc structures are improved to enhance the jack's ability to withstand the return oil pressure, greatly reducing the possibility of damage to the jack due to improper operation.
1. The jack is connected to the oil pump through a high-pressure oil pipe, and a professional electrician connects the oil pump to the power supply through a power cord.
2-1 Turn on the oil pump and run it for at least 3 minutes (for the operation of the oil pump, see the oil pump instruction manual).
2-2 The jack piston reciprocates at least 3 times. If there is creeping, it can be increased to 6 times. If there is still creeping, the pump should be stopped for inspection and the cause should be analyzed.
2-3 The jack must be run empty when calibrating the jack and the oil pump system and before tensioning. Calibration and tensioning can only be carried out after everything is normal.
