FEATURES
The solution is combined with a spraying and baking room and a preparation station. It is designed for auto body refinishing. The preparation station provides workspace for preparation and priming without occupying the spraying and baking room, increasing the work efficiency. After preparation, the vehicle can be transferred to the spray booth for painting and baking through the floor track and conveyor.
More preparation stations and spraying and baking rooms can be added to the solution depending on the workflow and number of vehicles to be repaired at your auto body shops.

Q: For the preparation station, I will need to change it to rear semi downdraft airflow.
A: That's okay. If you will still keep the track and trolleys, with preparation station without basement, you will need to have the basement of the spray booth in the ground instead of above the ground. Otherwise the track and trolleys cannot work.
Q: Can you provide system which makes use of waste heat of the spray booth?
A: Yes. We can supply the heat recuperator, which can use waste heat to warm up the cold fresh air, reducing energy consumption.
Q: How large is the container required to load the spraying and baking room and preparation station?
A: 1X40GP container.
