1ton 3ton fixed and mobile electric chain hoist with trolley
Introduction for electric chain hoist:
The Electrict Chain Hoist features a simple, efficient and economical design. Its compact design, low headroom and lightweight steel construction makes this hoist easy to install and operate , even in confined spaces.
1.Chain: adopts high strength chain and high precision welding technology,meet ISO3077-1984 international standard;fits for gusty overload work conditions;takes your hands a better feeling;multi-angle operation(with 45°).
2.Hook: made of high-class alloy steel,it has high strength and high security;by using new design,weight will never escape.
3.Limit Switch: using limit switch component in designation to protect chain and ensure security.
4.Components: main components are all made of high-class alloy steel,with high precision and security.
5.Framework: slight design and more beautiful;with less weight and smaller work area.
6.Plastic Plating: by adopting advanced plastic plating technology inside and outside,it looks like a new one after years of operation.
7.Encloser: made of high-classed steel,more firmly and dexterous.
Details of product:
1. Electric motor partial outer cover
High strength aluminum shell through compression casting formation.
Features: Solid and light, Fast release heat, Continuous use, Enclosed structure. Can be used in the chemical plants, electroplating factories, and other places.
2. Side magnetic braking device
This masterly structure ensure the hoist absolutly safty when the power off. And ensures it is safe when has excess load. Also it combine to the motor braking as the double brake system to strengthen security and durability.
3. Gear
The gear made of alloy steel and through the heat treatment
4. Antiphase protector
Advatages: When power-supply wiring mistake, the control circuit is unable to move.
5. Hooks
They are made by hot forging and heat treatment.
6. Chain
It is made of FEC80 ultra strong heat treatment alloy steel.
Advatages: It is safely approximately when used in the rain water, the sea water, under the chemical and other bad conditions.
7. ISO: M4 /FEM: 1AM(M5 customized available)

Installation remark:
1. The installation position of the electric chain hoist must be selected in the occasion that meets the needs.
2. Regularly check whether the installation of the electric chain hoist is firm.
3. Please do not overload or use an electric chain hoist when you are not sure about the weight of the lifting goods.
4. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to stand under the lifting weight when lifting the heavy weight with the electric chain
hoist.
5. Please do not modify the parts of the electric chain hoist at will.
6. When operating the chain, please wear thick gloves to avoid slipping or puncture.
