MTS series is an off-grid pure sine wave inverter, which adopts a microprocessor and full digital control. The output AC voltage and frequency can be flexibly adjusted through the dial switch on the rear panel.
With sine wave output, it can work under 0% - 100% load for a long time.
Its instantaneous power is more than one time, which is suitable for inductive, capacitive, resistive, and other different types of loads.
The application scope includes computer, communication, yacht, RV, family leisure and entertainment equipment, motors, electric tools, industrial control instruments and equipment, various types of AV appliances, and other applications.
When fixing the machine, consider its weight and avoid long-term use in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, so as not to affect the service life.&The machine adopts the built-in fan for forced air cooling and heat dissipation. It is necessary to keep the front and rear vents unobstructed to avoid long-term operation at high temperatures Operation under environment or beyond conditions to avoid failure to provide normal functional operation of the machine or impact on service life. (It is recommended to be 15cm away from the air inlet and outlet, and there should be no fault that hinders ventilation), as shown in the following figure

1. This machine contains high voltage, which is potentially dangerous. If there is any abnormality, it must be handled by qualified technicians. Do not open the inverter cover by yourself.
2. Do not place the inverter in a damp environment or near water.
3. Do not place the inverter in a high-temperature environment, in direct sunlight or near a fire source.
4. When replacing batteries, please use battery equipment of the same brand and model. It is strictly prohibited to use batteries of different brands or capacities at the same time.
5. The battery or battery pack shall not be close to the fire source, otherwise it is easy to explode and hurt people.
6. Please keep the air inlet or exhaust before and after the inverter unblocked (please keep at least 15cm above).
Do not stack other articles on the inverter box.
WARINING:
The battery will have aging problems with the increase of service life. Once the battery is found to be aging, it needs to be replaced or handled by professionals in a timely manner. Otherwise, the battery may burn due to leakage. It is recommended that the battery be regularly maintained and inspected every year.
The length of the wire should be as short as possible, and the following should not exceed 1.5 meters. The wire diameter should be selected according to the regulations. The wire can carry the maximum current input. If the wire is too thin, it will cause overheating of the wire and even cause ignition hazard. Please refer to Table 6-1 below for actual wiring. IN PUT PROTECTION
(1) Battery polarity reverse connection protection: when the battery input voltage is connected reversely, the internal or external fuse of the inverter will be blown, and the inverter should be returned to the original factory for maintenance. (For the convenience of replacement: a standby fuse is provided along with the inverter) A:If the fuse is designed externally, in case the user accidentally reverses the connection, open the FUSE cover directly on the front panel to replace the randomly prepared fuse. B:For example, if the fuse is designed to be built-in, in case the user accidentally reverses the connection, the professional personnel shall open the inverter shell to replace the fuse provided with the machine.
(2)Battery low voltage protection: when the battery voltage is lower than the specification value, the inverter will automatically shut down and give an alarm for 3 times, at this time, the fault light will stay on
(3)Battery high voltage protection: when the battery voltage is higher than the specification value, the inverter will automatically shut down and give an alarm 4 times, at this time, the fault light will stay on.
WARINING
When using this series of inverters, input the battery pack and configure the voltage as the normal operating voltage (the voltage identified in the specification). If the configuration voltage is too low (e.g., 24V models use 12V input), the inverter will not start normally. If the configuration voltage is too high (e.g., 24V models use 48V input), the inverter will be damaged
