2. Main structure and parts
Consist of cabin, air circulation system and control system
- Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel. Without basement.
- Door: 3 pcs of luxury front doors with aluminum frame view window. Size: 3000(w) x 2600mm(h). 1 pc of emergency door.
- Lighting System: Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 16w LED lamps. 900 Lux.
- Intake Air Circulation System: 2x3kw intake fan. Air Flow 20000 m3/h.
- Exhaust Air Circulation System: adopts water curtain filter treatment device. Structure characteristics: One set of water curtain painting cabinet in the booth. Water pool adopts 3mm welded steel plate. Air circulation boards adopt 1.5mm thickness steel plate; Water curtain board is stainless steel, water curtain painting cabinet equips 1 x 4kw pipe type fan for exhausting.1 set of 1.5kw pump for water supply. Water can be recycling use. 5 pcs of air ducts.
- Control system: Adopts famous domestic components, Equip with over load & shortcircuit protected, safe and reliable.
