Surtek 3621WR is a one component, moisture-curable polyurethane adhesive sealant. It is non-sagging, of lasting sealing performance. And it has good UV resistance, no black water. The product is manufactured in accordance with ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949.

Uses:
Surtek 3621WR is mainly used for windshield joint sealing. It is UV resistant, no black water, no bubble.
Application Note:
1. Clean surface to make it clean, dry, free of oil or grease.
2. The sealant cures with the moisture in the air. The lower the temperature and humidity is, the slower the curing is; and the higher the temperature and humidity is, the faster the curing is.
3. The best work temperature is 10-35°C.

When stored at the recommended conditions in original, unopened containers, this product has a shelf life of 9 months (cartridge), 6 months (sausage).
The shelf life of polyurethane sealant is related to the temperature and humidity of the environment. The recommended storage temperature is 5-25°C, humidity is <50% RH. It is strictly prohibited that the transportation or storage temperature is over 30°C or the humidity is over 80% RH. And high-temperature container transportation is prohibited as well. In the long-time high temperature and high humidity storage environment, the product is easy to get viscous, extrusion will be deteriorated and shelf life will be shortened.
