This PTC electric heater adopts PTC technology to meet the safety requirements of passenger cars for high voltage. In addition, it can also meet the relevant environmental requirements of components in the engine compartment.
The purpose of PTC electric heaters in application is to replace the engine block as the main source of heat. It heats the PTC heating component by supplying power to the PTC heating group, and heats the medium in the heating system circulation pipeline through heat exchange.
The main functions of the integrated circuit water heating heater are:
- Control function: The heater control mode is power control and temperature control;
- Heating function: Electrical energy conversion to thermal energy;
- Interface function: Heating module and control module energy input, signal module input, grounding,water inlet and water outlet.
