New Type 10D Series Cast Iron American Standard QD Bushing Sheaves Pulley For D Belts
10D series ten groove QD bushing pulley, applicable to D series classic v belt and D belt; They range in diameter from 12.64 inches to 58.64 inches. Depending on the pulley size, they use M, N, or P QD (quick disassembly) bushings, which we also have in stock. Most of our 10D QD pulleys are high-strength grade 35 cast iron, phosphate coated, and coated with anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure the machine's smooth operation.

(1) D-series V-belt
Classic D-Series V-belts have a top width of 1.25 inches, a thickness of 0.75 inches, and an angle of 40 °. In addition, the D V belt is one of the oldest V-belt types in the industry. Because of their long-term success and economical operation, they are also one of the industry's most widely used belt series. The high-quality D-series v-belts we provide are manufactured according to the ISO 9001 specification, with oil and heat resistance, and can be directly interchanged with other brands. They are composed of natural rubber compound and polyester rope, covered with a mixture of cotton and polyester, and have high durability.
(2) D series ribbon V-belt
D series v-belts are part of the "classic" v-belt series because they are one of the oldest and most common styles. Our belts are manufactured according to ARPM standards and have excellent strength, durability, and performance. The top width of each belt (belt/rib) of the D series v-belt is 1-1/4 ".
V-pulley type
Several types of pulleys are used in v-belt drive, and each pulley has different implementation methods. When the back of the v-belt is used to rotate the pulley in the opposite direction to the driven pulley, it is occasionally appropriate to use a flat pulley, usually for ribbed v-belts.
Standard pulley sizes have one or more grooves to match classic small engines and hexagonal v-belts.
The mating pulley contains integral spokes that run radially on the pulley. This results in a high strength-to-weight ratio in favor of fractional horsepower pulleys.
In many v-belt drives, the idler pulley is only used as a belt tensioner, but it plays a vital role in maintaining the tension required. Idler pulleys reduce belt life and industrial efficiency. However, these tools are necessary if the driver has to remove obstacles or the driven pulley cannot maintain a good contact arc with the v-belt to transmit torque. The idler gear can interact with the tapered or flat side of the v-belt because there is no need to send torque to the shaft.
The variable speed pulley has an adjustable pitch of the driven RPM, usually within the range expressed as a percentage. These pulleys also help maintain belt tension for dynamic loads.
The stepped pulley has two or more nonadjustable grooves with different pitches around the same shaft. These pulleys change the speed ratio of the transmission.
