General introduction
1.This test bench follows the national auto industry standard,adopts computer control and mechatronics principle, equipped with servocontrol system, and high precision pressure sensor, can make automatic test of tightness, opening, pressure to four circuit valve, quick release valve, relay valve, differential valve,etc air braking vavles.
2.The test bench can set randomly the working condition of the tested valves, and test their performance under different conditions (by changing the clamps, the test bench can make various performance test to four circuit valve, quick release valve, relay valve, differential valve,etc). It is suitable for maintenance and detection of various kinds of vehicles.
3.Adopts advanced touch screen system to control the whole test process, programming running, display the test results real time and curves.
4.Equipped with soft keyboard, can set serial number, store, and follow up the tested valves, can make a dynamic test and data record to the whole test process.

- Relay valve: test the air intake, and piston seal character, and piston opening pressure;
- Differential valve: test the air intake, and piston seal character, and piston opening pressure;
- Four circuit valve: test the tightness, opening pressure, closing pressure and sequence of each chamber.
