IP68 Sewage Submersible Level Transmitter For 10 Meters Depth Of Waste Water
HGL-302 Submersible Level Transmitters offers accurate measurement of the depth and level of liquids in harsh applications specially sediment present or sludge conditions, it can be submerged into liquids directly to measure level from the transmitter bottom to the liquids surface.
It uses high performance piezoresistive pressure sensor as sensing element and the measurement is based on the principle that the measured liquids static pressure is positive proportional to the level depth accurately, and convert the pressure signals into standard electrical signals output by amplifier circuit board to measure precise level depth. After built-in temperature compensation and linear calibration, the converted standard current, voltage, RS 485 and other signals output can be directly connected to PLC or DCS for the operations and process control at work sites.
It's robust stainless steel construction and the large flush ceramic diaphragm is clogging and damage-resistance to inhibits grease, biosolid buildup, floating solids and other viscous medium. The robust cable with Kevlar core for length stabilization and capillary tube for venting to the surface atmosphere, and hermetically connected with the transmitter housing allows for long-term use in liquids. The vent is protected with a maintenance free filter eliminating dust, dirt or water droplets from entering the tube.
