In Order to Mount This Properly the Through Bolts Cannot Protrude In Fact There Must Be Enough Thread Available for the Vent Cover to Be Attached Using Machine Bolts of It' s Own (Threaded Into the Back Cover in the Same Holes the Through Bolts Use).
