Carbon fiber wheel, a wheel made entirely of carbon fiber reinforced resin (CFRP), is mainly composed of two parts. The center of the hub is made of carbon fiber fabric, which requires cutting and assembling more than 200 parts to complete. The rim base is made of woven carbon fiber material. This material is manufactured by the world's largest carbon fiber braiding machine with a diameter of about 9 meters. After that, the hub center is woven into the rim base. The assembled wheel hub is immersed in resin and pre-hardened under high pressure and high temperature. The finished wheel needs to be hardened at high temperature first, and then undergo a long period of cooling.
