The modification part of this product mainly consists of a tank body, a hydraulic opening tank door, a vacuum pumping pipe system, a hydraulic system, and an operating system.
The sewage tank is equipped with a liquid level indicator, which is made of 6mm high-quality steel plate rolled and welded. The end is welded with a 6mm thick high-quality steel plate butterfly head. To improve the strength and stiffness of the tank body, there are reinforcement plates. The bottom is welded with a U-shaped support beam, which is used for close fitting with the main beam and load-bearing for lifting, tilting, and unloading. The tank door is designed to be fully open, and the tank opening is reinforced with an integral flange. The rear end of the tank body is hinged to the subframe on the chassis longitudinal beam using a tilting hinge shaft.
The openable tank door is molded from 6mm thick high-quality steel plate and welded with a 35mm thick overall circular flange. The flange is equipped with a circular groove for installing high-quality rubber sealing rings to ensure the sealing of the opening and closing tank doors. Four manual locking devices are installed around the perimeter to ensure the sealing of the tank body. The tank door is opened and closed with two hydraulic cylinders and comes with a hydraulic lock, making it very convenient to clean residual liquid and sediment in the sewage tank.
The suction pipe system mainly consists of a water circulation pump, check valve, air filter, ball valve, anti overflow valve, and pipeline, and has functions such as vacuum suction and self discharge. The vacuum suction pipeline is connected from the top of the tank, and a check valve is installed on the vacuum suction pipeline to prevent liquid from being sucked into the vacuum pump. The impulse of the airflow is used to generate centrifugal force for initial filtration of the gas, which is then filtered through the filter screen to prevent premature wear and tear of the vacuum pump.
