In our foundry, every stepfrom core making, molding, melting to pouringensures that the process is under control so that the high quality castings can be produced.
The uniquely designed high-flexibility automated molding line is capable of providing multi-variety, small-quantity, multi-batch continuous production, reducing the customer's minimum order quantity (MOQ).
We use energy-saving advanced medium frequency electrical furnaces to save energy and reduce melting emissions under the premise of ensuring the quality of molten iron.

PUJIE was established in 2003. We manufactue brake discs, brake drums , brake shoes and pads for commerical vehicles and passenger cars. Our products are exported to Europe, the United States, Australia, South Africa and Russia etc. 37 countries worldwide.
Since 2003, we have grown to be the market leader in each of our product fields because of our second to none range, high quality and value added service. We are currently the largest manufacturer of commercial vehicle brake discs in China.
