Kingrail Parts offers a wide variety of M of W wheels, axles, and assemblies.
All of our wheels are machined to an AAR profile using drop forged blanks that are made of high quality steel. Wheels are typically 16" diameter with flame hardened tread and flange for exceptional wear resistance. Smaller wheels and custom profiles are available.
Our axles are manufactured using solid CR1045 blanks to accommodate rail gauge from 36" up to 72" and available in diameters from 1-15/16" up to 3-15/16".
Axle assemblies include 2 or 4 bolt pillow block roller bearings, spacers between the wheel and bearing to insure that the axle does not shift, and sprockets of varying sizes.

Q1: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A: We are directly a factory. The work in our workshop: finish machining the wheels and axles and then mounting the wheels and axle.
Q2: Do you have design ability to provide customized railway wheelsets?
A: Yes, we have professional technical team and we are familiar with international railway standards like UIC, AAR, EN and we are able to provide various wheelsets according to customer requirements.
Q3: Chinese railway gauge is 1435mm, but our country's is 1000mm gauge, will this be a problem for you?
A: Of course not, we are able to design and manufacture various wheelsets of different gauges like 1435mm, 1000mm, 1067mm, 1520mm or other required railway gauges.
