The balance shaft can ensure that the rear axle, middle and rear axles can bear a uniform load, with a large bearing capacity and reliable operation. We can think of the balance shaft as a seesaw. The balance shaft bracket is located on a large frame and serves as a support point for the seesaw. The balance shaft housing is installed on the balance shaft bracket through bearings and can rotate around the balance shaft bracket. The steel plate is installed on the balance shaft shell and fixed to the shell through riding bolts.
Steel plates can be seen as a seesaw board. The two ends of the steel plate are connected to one end of the two bridge shells through rubber bearings (elastic connections). There is no rigid fixation between the steel plate and the bridge shell, which allows for slight longitudinal sliding, coupled with longitudinal deformation of the rubber bearing. One end of the bridge shell can be seen as a cute little fart child hanging under a rubber support, up and down.
The function of the balance shaft is to make the tire easily tilt up, with significant movement, without affecting the other three sided tires. In the final analysis, it is able to make the deformation at both ends of the steel plate correspond to each other, thereby better absorbing vibration.
