This type of clamp is for connecting two pipes that have the same outside diameter.
This clamp comes disassembled and conforms to the pipe upon installation. Reaction block and forced bar for complete inner circle seal. This type of clamp does require that the sections being clamped have sufficient lengths of straight pipe leading into it.
