Distinctive Features of our Tanker
Introducing a meticulously engineered tank with both square and round design, boasting a capacious 5 cubic meters. Crafted from robust aluminum alloy 5182, it features a cylindrical body with a 5.5mm thickness and a head of 5.7mm. Atop the tank sits a European standard manhole, complete with an integrated breathing valve for enhanced safety. Both sides of the tank are equipped with manual aluminum alloy guardrails, complemented by a versatile, movable, and detachable aluminum alloy rear ladder.
Inside the aluminum alloy operation cabinet, you'll find a set of explosion-proof lights, while outside, a set of electrostatic reels is installed for added safety. The fuel system features an aluminum alloy oil pump with a mechanical seal, and the flow meter, Hefei Jingda Instrument, ensures 0.2 level accuracy with a diameter 50 waist wheel flow juice. Equipped with a 5-core filter separator, including 2 separation and 3 coalescing filter cores, it uses a gravity refueling method with a 15-meter jet fuel hose reel and jet fuel gun. A 10-inch aluminum alloy dial liquid level gauge and an integrated control system streamline operations.
The tank's left-side unloading box incorporates an advanced oil and gas recovery system. Compliant with new regulations, it includes an emergency shut-off valve activated at 5 kilometers per hour and a comprehensive emergency shutdown system. A strategically placed red button at the rear of the tank controls this critical safety feature.
Equipped at the forefront of safety and convenience, our tank features an aluminum alloy standard tool box, two oil drain hoses, and a 1-inch drain valve positioned at the front end of the aluminum alloy round barrel tube on both sides. Every box is secured with container locking rods for user convenience, while a rubber plug seals the bottom of the outlet box. Additionally, the tank is outfitted with 8KG plastic fire extinguisher barrels mounted on both the left and right sides of the tail.
