Aircraft refueling truck refers to those special vehicles that provide refueling and pumping for aircraft at the airport. Unlike ordinary diesel and gasoline, many aircraft use jet kerosene. As we all know, aviation kerosene is corrosive to general metals, so it is necessary for oil tanks, pipelines, pump bodies, refueling machines and other kerosene flow through the location, should be anticorrosive stainless steel. Aircraft refueling trucks are basically the same as ordinary refueling trucks in general, but there are some special requirements in performance and structure.
1. High stability requirements for refueling pressure. To this end, pressure regulator, pressure regulator and pressure oiler are installed on the fuel line.
2. The cleanliness of oil is high. High performance filter separator should be used on the oil circuit. Tanks and pipes must be made of aluminum alloy.
3. Absolutely ensure the safety of refueling. Antistatic devices, interlocking control systems, electrical explosion-proof devices, fire extinguishers, etc., should be installed.
