VI. PRODUCT SHIPPING (RORO OR BULK SHIP OR CONTAINER)

RORO: The truck is driven to the ship inside directly and fixed well. It can protect the truck being rusty and broken during shipping.
BULK:  The truck is lifted by crane then put on the vessel deck. This model is much cheaper.
CONTAINER: The truck is put into the container. This model is used for small model trucks

1) High pressure dredging: large flow of high pressure water to burst through the blocked pipe, and flush the sludge to the mouth of the well. Using different nozzles can solve corresponding dredging problem in different working situation. Visible nozzle can test pipe while dredging.
2) Vacuum suction: roots vacuum pump with strong suction ability, suction hose can be put into the bottom of the well to suck the sludge. Suction is above 15m.
3) Sludge recycling: introduce from Europe new purification technology to purify sludge, then us purified water to dredge pipe, thus save energy, save time, enhance the working efficiency.
4) Separate mud from water: traditional combi jetting truck dewater the sludge by means of rosebox, this truck adopts screw extrusion of mud water separation device to separate mud from water, which has two advantages:reuse the water and save the space of sludge discharging.
5) Screw discharge: use advanced screw discharge, dewatered sludge can be transported by low cost sewage truck.
