What are Gas Station Magnetic Level Gauge used for?
Gas station magnetic level gauge are used for monitoring fuel level, volume, water level and temperature inside fuel storage tanks. It is widely used at gas station and skid-mounted fueling site.
The smart console is a powerful product developed and produced by Windbell. Together with SP300 series magnetostrictive liquid level meter constitute the complete gas station magnetic level gauge system.
The smart console is the display terminal of the gas station magnetic level gauge system and can detect 1 to 32 tanks at the same time. It can monitor product level, water level, temperature, product volume, water volume, empty volume, all kinds of alarms, inventory and delivery information in real time.
International graphic touch screen and user-friendly icon, makes it is easy for new user.
SP300D Magnetostrictive oil level density sensor is mainly composed of probe head, temperature sensors, protection steel pipe, magnetostrictive waveguide wire and floaters with magnet inside. Insert probe into underground tank, floaters float on the liquid surface, and slides up and down on rod according to the changes of liquid level. Processing measured data of product level, water level, density values, and average temperature of five-points, then transmit these data to smart console by digital communication port.
- Automatically measure the fuel level, water level, density (optional), and temperature of the fuel tank, and automatically calculate the tank capacity.
- Capable of generating and printing delivery, sales, inventory, and alarm reports, providing petrol stations with a comprehensive management solution for the delivery, sales, inventory of fuel .
- Equipped with shift handover function, it can achieve automatic or manual shift handover.
- Equipped with high and low fuel level alarms and pre alarms, high water level alarms, high temperature alarms, fuel tank leak alarms, etc.
- Capable of monitoring multiple oil tanks in real-time simultaneously, suitable for various types of oil tanks with a diameter of less than 5 meters.
- Equipped with 2 relay port, it can be externally connected to an ex-proof sound and light alarm in the tank area.
- Equipped with RS485 port , it can be externally connected to the oil unloading anti overflow device and submersible pump controller.
- It has a static leak detection function and can be connected with a leak sensor to realize the leak monitoring of double-wall oil tanks, double-wall pipelines, tank sump and dispenser sump.
- When a single tank is not filled with oil, it has a anti-theft oil alarm function.
