Application of the mirror surface aluminum fuel tank trailer
The aluminum fuel tank trailer is to work with a tractor head to apply the function of fuel transportation. It normally transport between fuel refinery factory, the fuel station and the fuel depot. Since it carries the highly flammable products, the safety issue always comes first for the tank design, fabrication and usage.

This is a 42000L 3 axle aluminum fuel tank trailer. The tank body is made by aluminum alloy 5454, and the trailer chassis is made by aluminum alloy 6061. The tank parts are world famous brand CIVOCAN. The whole set of tank parts include the manhole cover, bottom valve, discharge valve, vapor vent valve, emergency shut off button, etc. The running gear consists of the YORK axle and suspension, super single tyre, aluminum wheel rim, WABCO ABS and WABCO relay valve.
