Fire resistance and ventilation cap(also named as permeable cap ) is an important equipment to ensure the safety of gas station , oil tank and so on. There are two types of connection: flange connection and threaded connection.

Fire resistance ventilation cap (hereinafter referred to as ventilation cap) is to guarantee security of a gas station and fuel tanks . There are two kinds of connection which are flanges connection and screw thread .
Product features:
Fire ventilation cap adopt fire resistant aluminum plate, with cast aluminum shell. Fire core has a stainless steel corrugated plate and aluminum corrugated plate ,conforming to technical requirement of CB - 5908-2005(Chinease National Standard). When tank is under expansion or oil taking, the fire core corrugated plate exhaust outward. When oil drain outside, the cap take in air and prevent all fire coming inside, ensuring tank safety.
Attentions on installation:
Ventilation cap shall be installed vertically on the top of the tank, to ensure that the tank pressure balance inside and outside so as to ensure the safety of tank and petrol stations.
Repair and maintenance:
Regular check shall be conducted on permeability of corrugated plate to ensure good fire resistant and ventilation performance. When on maintenance , firstly unscrewed the cap screw, then loosen screw fixed fire core, take out fire core, check whether fire core is plugging or not, deformation or not or corrosion or not. Normally twice checks a month to clean or replace the fire resistant core.
