4. How about your delivery time? Generally, for all the white-lable products,the lead time is 10-15 days, if it includes customized content (such as silk screen logo and customized appearance), it will takes 25-30 days.
5. Can internal functions be customized as per client request? What can be customized inside? Sure,we support customized services.For example, networking, credit card charging, charging method selection, etc.
6. Can you make our design and put our logo on the products? Yes, we can make your own design and put your logo on the products.
7. Would your technical team support my technical team regarding the IoT connection between the charger and our cloud servers? We can provide technical support and sample for your technical test, and we need time to deal with the software match.
8. Do you test all your chargers before shipping? All major components are tested before assemble and each charger is fully tested before shipped.
