MVPS-015 Inductive Sensors
Description
Accurate position detection acts a critical important use in many industrial manufacturing processes. It determines linear moving object's postion based on application's difference, such as work sample or tool carrier, Check the Angle of the partially rotating valve,or monitoring the position of the vehicle on the rail system in warehousing and conveying operations. It provides solutions for non-contact sensors and sensor systems for all these industrial applications.
Linear motion can be executed by different detection system. Inductacne type posistion detection system works well in a dusty environment. Detection distance covers as near as 2mm~120mm. It may also be set on-off output except standard analog output. This allows the corresponding processing position is detected immediately, continuously, and accurately via the sensor surface.
Feature
MVPS Magnetic variable position sensor is non-contact position sensor, it senses position changing of the target object by utilizing eddy current principle, and it adapts to different application scenarios by setting different material metal objects according to customers' requirements. The range of position movement ( measuring span)may be customized from 2mm-40mm-80mm unequally.
4-20mA,0-5Vdc analog signal output, may also digital output as I/o-Link or RS-232 serial port output usually used for Industrial automation production line.
Special position may add setting on-off output, target object moving direction may perpendicular to sensor axial line or moving along sensor axial line.
Application
Sensor use stainless steel shell, various kinds of mounting sizes optional, IP grade reaches IP65, suitable for use in indurstry circumstance.
For example: for warehousing and conveying systems, studios/theatres, crane positioning, electroplating, elevators, vehicle location identification and synchronous millimeter-level accuracy detection in conveying systems.

Remarks
The specified parameters apply to the temperature range of +10...+60 °C. Function is also guaranteed in the ranges -10...+10ºC and +60...+70ºC.
