Temperature probe
The sensing element is placed in the inner metal housing, which is connected to the cable shielding. Inner metal housing is inserted into the stem, but it must be electrically isolated from the stem. This "double-housing" ensures high electromagnetic immunity. Cable is pressed in the stem.
