Surface treatment: Electrostatic spraying has a fully automatic production line, use Aksu powder, concrete technology and quality are:
1)Black billet chemical rust remover to remove surface dirt spray phosphate finished leveling curing;
2) The shelf surface with epoxy powder spraying process, coating thickness of 60 to 80 microns;
3)Electrostatic powder coating adhesion to GB92865-88 standard, level 0 requirements;
4)Hardness, wear resistance is 100 times more than ordinary nitro, to GB6739-86 standard in 2H requirements;
5)Corrosion resistance (hydrochloric acid experiment) GB1771-91 is greater than 500 hours.
