Product Description
Hangzhou Jinmeng Road Establishment Co., Ltd was established on 1999, which is a subsidiary under Zhejiang Sakura Group. Covering a land area of 70, 000 square meters with total assets of 32.5 million usd, whose annual manufacture capacity is 100, 000 sets of manhole covers. JINMENG now is the largest and most professional manufacturer who specializes in composite manhole covers, grating / gully, telecom inspection manhole cover, water meter box, plastic products, environmental dustbin in China. Further more, we are the drafter of Manhole Cover National Standard in China. Above all Jinmeng is a leader in designing, manufacturing and supplying patented composite manhole covers and related products in China.
Jinmeng has 4 standard raw material workshops, 2 standard associated material workshops and 2 standard production workshops.
On the equipment, there are 41 hydraulic machines which contain 200 tons to 1600 tons and more than 500 existing moulds in the factory.
On the technic, we have a strong team consist of senior experts and senior engineers, with a full quality assurance and inspection team who take responsibility of the process and product quality.

SMC Manhole Cover Features:
1. Against theft ---JINMENG SMC water meter box is non-metallic, non-conductive and non-sparking. It has no value of recycling, thus completely solving the problems caused by theft.
2. High load capacity ---Its main components are fibreglass and unsaturated resin. JINMENG's existing moulds load capacity are A15, B125, C250.
3. Free design---Sucs as Color, Logo, Panel, Load and Dimension can be desigened according to the requirements of customer.
4. Long life ---Minimum lifespan of 30 maintenance free years.
5. Well sealed ---It can be used hermetically, and effectively prevent those poisonous gases leaking out from cesspool. Well sealled, no noise pollution or rebound.
6. Good wear and corrosion resistance ---It will never rust because it has good wear and corrosion resistance.
7. High and low temperature resistance ---Excellent insulator against heat ( from -40° C to 200° C)
8. Lighter weight and more competitive price--- the weight of composite Water meter box especially SMC Water meter box is lighter. The composite water meter box is more convenient to transport, install and repair.
