Brief Introduction:
Single girder overhead crane is a kind of material lifting equipment which was hung on the top of the workshop, ware house and stock ground. Both of its ends are located on tall concrete pillars or metal stents. The bridge structure lies and runs on both sides of the elevated track, This type crane can take full advantages under bridge space of lifting materials and not hindered by ground equipment It's owns the largest number used lifting machinery.
Specifications:
LD-A type electric single-girder overhead crane is designed and manufactured according to standard JB/T1306-1994. It is usually fitted with single/double speed electric hoists. Its rated lifting capacity is 1t-20t, span is 7.5m~22.5m, applicable temperature is -25°C~ +40°C, and the humidity is no higher than 85%.
Structure Features:
l Part of metallic structure
Roll the steel plate to U-shape slot, weld with I-steel to form box beam, then to compose the main girder. The end carriage is also box cross beam made of rolled U-shape slot. For convenience of transportation, the main girder and end carriage are jointed with high strength screws.
l Traveling mechanism
Separate driving is applied for such cranes. The driving brake is finished through conic motor and the transmission is through "open-close" type gears.
l Electric equipments
Asynchronous motors with single-speed are applied for such kind of cranes. For those cranes controlled from the ground, the traveling speed is 20/min,30m/min; and for those in the driver's cabin, the speed is 45m/min,60m/min and 75m/min. the cranes fitted with safety devices have high reliability.
