The new generation of small and light duty 5T knuckle type loader crane from XCMG , with the maximum lift moment of 105 kN·m , maximum working range of 8.3m and rotation angle of 420°,the operation safety is improved greatly because it is equipped with alarm system. Nested stabilizer extensions reduce the installation space, and lower the weight, optimized design of whole unit structure make it beautiful and compact. widely used in transportation, civil engineering, electric power, fieldwork, airport, dock etc., it can be used to long-distance transfer goods too. After installing additional devices, it can also be used for bridge maintenance, aerial wiring and inspection work.

 

Warning system: while loader crane working, the caution light on the leg keep shining to remind the people and vehicle around. Avoid accident and ensure safety.
 

Stabilizer extension: single cavity nesting structure not only ensure the leg span but also reduced the installation space and crane weight.
 

Leveling mechanism of extension cylinder: this mechanism can carry out level regulation for extension cylinder, avoid the phenomenon of cylinder is not parallel to boom which arising from machining error of boom or structure distortion after long-term work, improve product external appearance and stress on the cylinder.
 

Large angle rack cylinder rotation: rack cylinder rotation, easy to repair and maintain, more economical and practical , rotation angle can reach to 420 °.
